Ordering

All press on nails are made to order according to the specifications in the order. Changes and cancellations can be requested only if the order has not yet been processed. 

Processing time

The processing time for your order is 5 business days. Please note that this does not include shipping time. 

Shipping policy

We ship worldwide. If our website does not show your country, please contact us at contact@ririnailstudio.com.

We are not responsible of any delays. 

France :

Shipping fees : 5,90 €.

Free shipping for orders above 85,00 €. 

Shipping carrier : La Poste and Colissimo

All orders take 5 business days processing time before shipping. 

Shipping carrier may take 2 business days.

International :

Shipping fees : 9,90 €.

Free shipping for orders above 100,00 €. 

Shipping carrier : La Poste and Chronopost

All orders take 5 business days processing time before shipping. 

Shipping carrier may take 3 business days for the EU and 10 to 21 business days for the countries outside the EU. 

Refund policy

We accept order cancellations only if the order has not yet been processed. Refunds for cancellations will be subject to a 3% transaction fee as this is the fee charged by Shopify. All products are made to order, therefore we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. 

Make sure to measure your nails and double check all purchases before checking out. A Sizing kit is the only way to guarantee a perfect fit. We don't offer exchanges or refunds due to incorrect sizing. We are not responsible of incorrect nail sizes.

Customs and taxes

Customs and taxes may be applied to orders outside the EU. Please not that any additional charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
