Orders and shipping
How long does it take to process an order?
All press on nails are hand painted by byRiri and made to order.
The processing time is 5 business days. Please note that it may be extended during peak periods and the creation time does not include shipping time.
If you need the press on nails quickly, you can add the “Rush Order” product to your cart. Your order will be processed within 48 hours.
Do you offer international shipping?
We deliver to France, the European Union and the following countries:
Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, Andorra, Argentina, Brazil, China, Colombia, Polynesia French, India, Indonesia, Monaco, Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey and Vietnam

Do you offer free shipping option?
We offer free shipping for orders above 85€ in France and 150€ in the EU and in the countries outside the EU.
Will the press on nails be exactly like the picture?
Press on nails are hand painted products. Due to its nature, the final result may be slightly different. It may vary depending on the length and shape chosen. We will do everything possible to achieve the same result.
Colors may vary slightly depending on the screen used for viewing.

How do I measure my nails?
You can consult the "How to measure" page.
We recommend purchasing a Sizing kit so you can find the perfect sizes for your nails. In addition, you will receive a discount code applicable to all our press on nails.
Please note that the return of press on nails is unfortunately not possible even in case of uncorrect sizes.
What nail tip brand do you work with?
We only use Aprés Gel-X nail tips (Natural and not Sculpted) to create the most comfortable press on nails and ensure quality even after several uses.
If you already know your sizes, you can provide us with this information when ordering (in the "Order Special Instructions" section in the shopping cart).
If you only know your sizes of the "Sculpted" tips, write to us at contact@ririnailstudio.com. We will help you find the corresponding sizes.
What gel brands do you work with?
We only work with hypoallergenic gel brands that do not test on animals.
What options are available for shape and length?
You can check the "Shape and Length" page to see the options available.
All press on nails are created to order according to your specifications, which means that you will have to choose the shape as well as the length when ordering.
Please double check your choices and nail sizes before placing the order. We don't offer refunds or exchanges on press on nails.
How long do press on nails hold on natural nails?
Using nail adhesive tabs: press on nails generally last upto 3 days.
Using nail glue: press on nails generally last between 1 and 2 weeks.
Can I reuse my press on nails?
Yes it is totally possible to reuse press on nails.
Nail adhesive tabs : press on nails can be reused immediately.
Nail glue : you must file off the residue with a buffer each time you remove them. Please note that the use of glue can damage the nail tips if removal is not correctly done.
How to apply and remove
How do I apply my press on nails?
Nail adhesive tabs:
- Push back the cuticles and sand the surface of your nails with a buffer.
- Clean and degrease the nails using a wipe provided in the kit.
- Apply nail adhesive tabs and press them for a few seconds before removing the film.
- Apply the press on nails.
Nail glue:
- Push back the cuticles and sand the surface of your nails with a buffer.
- Clean and degrease the nails using a wipe provided in the kit.
- Put a drop of glue on the surface of your nails and spread with the tip.
- Apply the press on nails and press for 20 seconds.
To make press on nails last longer, we recommend that you avoid contact with water for 2 hours after application.
How do I remove my press on nails?
Nail adhesive tabs:
- Apply oil to cuticles.
- Lift the nail tip little by little on the sides using a stick included in the kit. If it resists, put oil between the nail and the capsule then repeat.
You can also use the nail glue removal method.
Nail glue :
- Apply oil to cuticles.
- Prepare a bowl of hot water with soap and oil.
- Immerse your fingers in the bowl for a few minutes.
- Lift the nail tip little by little on the sides using a stick included in the kit. If it resists, dip your fingers in the bowl a little longer then repeat.
In any case, do not force removal. This could injure you and damage the press on nails.
It is recommended to degrease the press on nails (underneath, the surface that touches your nail) for long-lasting application.
Returns and exchanges
Can I cancel my order?
We accept order cancellations if the order has not yet been processed. Please write to us at contact@ririnailstudio.com and specify your order number.
Can I return or exchange press on nails?
We accept order cancellations only if the order has not yet been processed. Refunds will be subject to a 3% transaction fee as this is the fee charged by Shopify. All products are made to order, therefore we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
